**Yako needs our help! 🐾**
Today we met Yako, a young dog who was hit by a car in Mahoya. A few hours ago, I received the news that he had been lying injured by the roadside in the Los Barrancos area for two days—helpless and without any assistance. A few weeks ago, Yako was spotted in Campules, but despite all efforts, we couldn’t find him. Now, he has been run over and severely injured.
Yako was dragged across the asphalt, his spine is broken, and one of his paws is badly affected. The poor little puppy can no longer move. We don’t yet know if he can be operated on—that decision will be made by a specialist. However, what remains incomprehensible and inhumane is that he was left alone for so long, without anyone offering help. No one gave him water, food, or even a bit of comfort. How can people just ignore a helpless puppy? 😡
Yako has now been taken to the clinic, but his treatment will be costly and lengthy. We want to give him the chance for a pain-free life—but we need your support to make that happen. Every donation, no matter how small, will help us fund Yako's medical care.

Following a detailed TAC scan, the vet has informed us that Yako's surgery and treatment costs could reach €1,500! 🆘
We are in desperate need of donations to help Yako! As explained, we are already running at a loss, and now we’ve rescued this poor dog who was cruelly hit by a car and left to suffer on the side of the road. Yako is in terrible condition. Despite being in full view of locals and passersby, no one came to his aid. We could not, in good conscience, leave him there. 😢
We hate to keep asking for help, but we are desperate. If you can spare anything at all, it would make a world of difference. The cruelty we witness almost every week breaks our hearts, and Yako’s current state is just another tragic reminder of that. 💔
